The menu is exclusively curated by Chef Abhishek Sharma, a renowned chef consultant with 21+ years of experience in the food and beverages industry. The menu is inclusive of 20 thalis inspired by various states of India like Marwari Bhog, Venkateshwara Bhog, Jodhpuri Bhog, Bhojpuri bhog, Ayyapan Bhog, and Ala Carte menu which includes various dishes from Indian cuisine including seasonal delicacies like sarsoon ka saag, bajre ki khichdi, sav tamatar, makke di roti.
